Molly graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Charlotte in 2015. She worked behind the chair in salons, receiving certifications from hair brands including Goldwell, Redken, & Aveda.
From 2018-2023 she worked for Sephora, Bare Minerals, Morphe, & Estee Lauder. During this time, she received a plethora of education on makeup artistry, skincare, product knowledge, & customer service. Molly has makeup artistry certifications from NARS, Laura Mercier, Sephora, & Estee Lauder. After leaving retail in 2023, Molly began her journey into the wedding industry, both as a bride & a wedding vendor.

Jamie and Molly are stepsisters and ironically met in beauty school during their time at Paul Mitchell the School Charlotte. She has 12 years of experience and has received training from both Paul Mitchell & Aveda Schools. Jamie is passionate about creating hair styles that make people feel confident, beautiful, and authentically themselves. She has an eye for detail, is a social butterfly, & believes the best results come from truly connecting with every person in her chair.
